Conference Hotel: The Hilton Long Beach 

701 West Ocean Boulevard, Long Beach, California, 90831-3102, USA

The conference hotel will be the Hilton Long Beach, at a rate of $217 per night with all fees included. With the 16.4% tax, rooms will run $252.58 a night. 

Hotel rates will be valid from Sept. 22 – Oct. 1 (three days prior to and three days post meeting) as long as rooms are available. Feel free to arrive early or extend your visit to Long Beach.

Reservations made after Tuesday, Sept. 2 will not receive the group rate.

The hotel check-in time is 4 p.m. and check–out time is 11 a.m.

The hotel has a business center, fitness center and outdoor pool. 

Self-parking is $22 a day, valet is $34 a day. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the main water front park and the aquarium.

Quirky tidbit: This Hilton encourages guest to take a rubber ducky home. 

Flights to Long Beach 

There are several airport options for attendees to consider. Los Angeles International Airport is about 21 miles away from the conference hotel. Long Beach Airport is 10 miles away, and John Wayne Airport in Orange County is just under 25. Lyft and Uber serves all three airports; though at LAX visitors must take a shuttle to a local lot to catch their ride. Attendees will find Long Beach or John Wayne smaller and easier to navigate.
